Madam/Sir,
I was going through your website for some information as I am planning to file a visa extension for my mother, which expires in July 2007. She is on a B-2, Visitor for Pleasure .
It would really help me if you could please answer the following questions:
1. Do we need to submit the original I - 94 or a photocopy
2. I read in your website that if the visa extension request is rejected, then if you have a ten year multiple entry visa it automatically gets canceled. Please clarify to me it will happen only if we fail to exit from the US as per the date given in the I-94. Or it will happen even if we depart from the US on time. Please let me know.
