Greetings
My visit visa was denied in 2005 as potential immigrant. My sponsor was my brother. I have no children and was not employed then. Now i am employed as HR consultant of a US firm. They have there presence only in USA and i work from home. My husband has a visit visa valid till 2010. I had taken our house document. questions asked were:
1. whom are you going to visit ? My brother
2. with whom are you going? My husband
3. Does he have a visa? yes. I also showed a letter from his employer ( nationalised bank) his years of service ( 30+) and granting him 2 mns vacation to visit US.
these were the queries. Visa was rejected on grounds that there was no substantial evidence that i will return.
Does this mean that i can never get a visit visa to USA? I am 50yrs old & impossible to get a child & substantiate to return. Neither do i have parents-in-law. Now my husband has retired from service. However his visa is valid for 2 more years. Will it be possible for me to get a visa to travel with my husband to USA?
How do i go about this?
Anyone having similar experience, share/advice.
