Dear Sir,
I have b1,b2 business visa from India for 10 years, valid upto 2012.This is my 4th trip to U.S.A ,every time i returned within 4 months, last time i got 3 months visa but i stayed there for 8 months(Only 5 months overstayed) as i had faced medical problem and for my business purpose. Then i returned India. Now i m in India since 4 month. Now i want go back for 3 month for business purpose, so can i go or will i face any problem? Please suggest me.
