Dear Sir/Madam,
I have a query regarding H1B visa. I got the visa approval in 29th-dec-2006. And VO told me to wait till security clearance. My H1B visa validity is 30-sept-2009
My question is if security clearance delays till Sept 2009 .Will my H1B period expires or will it remain valid for next three years after issuance of Visa from US consulate.
