134 question

hi,
my mom wants to visit my brother in US to attend his graduation.
I'm the elder one in India sponsoring her trip.
Do I need to fill in I-134 form for this purpose..?

pls help.

Your sponsorship has not value using an i-134, since you have no status in the USA.
