My parents visa got accepted 2 weeks back in Mumbai consulate.My mother's passport arrived within 2 days after stamping.But father's passprt is still awaited.We tried calling VFS several time,but they said your passport have not yet come from embassy and you need to wait.I tried calling mumbai embassy too,but i guess they dont entertain such queries.We have to book tickets as my parents need to be here by march end.But we are not able to get any information about such an important document(passport).Does anybody know any other way or number to find out the details of passport?Please advice.

Contact this mail ID and ask for the status of the passport since its been more than 2 weeks.
