Hi, I am Indian resident, 30 year old, married, having a daughter 2.6 years old. My sister lives in US, married, having a 8 year old daughter. My sister and her daughter are US Citizens and my brother in law is greencard holder. I need your help as my brother is being diagnosed with
Multiple sclerosis and was also admitted to the hospital for the same. He
used to the only earning hand for the family, but now he is bedridden
completely. Now sister is working to make a living and for child's education as well. She need me to come there so that I can help them as she has to work, she drops her daughter at school but somebody else picks her up and being alone in the house, my brother in law need some attention
as well. She needs me so that I can take care of my brother in law, and he trust me so much and also listens to me more than anybody else. Only I have to go so my wife (Who is a software engineer working with a MNC), and my daughter will be here in India only. My mom went to US few years back, got 6 months visa and stayed for 3 months, at that time my sister was pregnant, that is why she went there.
Can I get the visa on these grounds, that I want to go there to help them out in their time of crisis and provide some moral support as well. I
think I will be staying for 2-3 months only. I can take my brother in law
to the accupuncture treatment which takes place twice a week as now my sister has to take a leave to do so. Moreover, as my brother in law is
also suffering from acute depression, which is a symptom of multiple sclerosis can not be left alone at home all the time, need to have someone right there all the time, because of his condition, he can barely walk, talk, control his bowel or bladder, and even have difficulty eating.
Please help me and guide me through, what papers should I show to the
consulate, what papers does she need to send me or the consulate, I was thinking that she should send a detailed email to the consulate explaining them everything, including the medical reports and the condition of my brother in law.
Regards,
