I am an Indian citizen, have a business where I restore classic scooters & export them. I have two sisters, one is in the UK & one lives in USA. Both are married to UK & US citizens respectively.
I had been to UK recently on a tourist visa to visit my sister. She had sponsored my stay there. The scooters that I restore were sold to my brother in law. I had gone there to get an idea of the scooter business in UK.
I want to visit my sister who is living in Denver. She has 3 kids and has not come to India ever since she got married. I do make money but I only show about 1 lakh per annum as my income. But there is a lot of transaction in my bank account.
How should I go about applying for my visa. I forgot to tell you that I am single & aged 37. Is there any chance that I will be rejected as my sister is married to a US citizen? And is it possible for me to apply for US visa for siblings ( brothers and sisters )?.
