My mother got visa for USA for 6 months. She wants to go back to India.Can she fly to USA after 2 months from India. She got visitor visa.

Could some one help me for this ? Your reply will be highly appreciated

Let me try to understand...

Your mom got a visitor visa, valid for 6 months... she traveled to the USA and got a 6 month stay? and now she wants to go home... but return after 2 months, to try to visit the USA again?

If I understood you correctly, then technically, YES, she can come again but only IF her visa is valid for multiple entries... for as long as the visa has not expired she can use it.

Read the visa and see if it mentions "single entry", or something like that, in that case, NO, she can not come back.
