Parents and Niece Visitor Visa

I am planning to invite my parents and niece on visitor visa.
How many notarized I 134 form should i feel .
Option1 > Just 2 for Mom and Dad and add neice as dependent .
Option2> 3 , one for Mom , one for Dad and one for neice .

Is your niece their dependent? if not, then she does not need to be mentioned as such.

I would say, one for your parents and one for you niece.
