aupair and tourist

Hi there,

Right now im aupair in chicago until the middle of march . During my 25 months stay i met a lot of people who i would like to visit. How long do i have to stay in my home country germany to apply for a tourist visa? I plan a 5 months trip through out the states. Do i need a sponsor to do it?

There is no requirement for minimum stay out of US.
