USA b1/b2 Annotation Help

My USA Visa (B1/B2) valid of 10 year multiple entry annotation says Clearance received & date. Is this means i have any problem in traveling to USA ? My visa is stamped when i was working with my previous company now i have changed my company & it was under clearance for 1 month.

Now am planning to travel USA with same visa..its immediate travel
