Visit visa sponsoring for relatives

Hi,

I am in USA since 4 yrs. My parents and my in-laws both visited USA and I sponsored for them. My husband got his H1 in 2007 but he is not yet working, searching for jobs.
Can I sponsor for my husbands sister and brother in law for visiting as he is not having paystubs and bank balance. Will there be any issue as they are not my blood relatives?
