I am planning to apply Visitors visa to one of my known person. I am not having any relation but I knew her very well, So shall I sponsor her? I have been in USA around 2yrs on L1B visa and my current visa status is Expired. Please could you give ur suggestion, if I apply for her what are the possibilities to get Visa? How long it will take? If it regects how long I should wait for next interview? I can apply through your services? How much u will charge?
