Info about sponsoring Visa for my parents

Hi,

I have a H-1B visa valid till August 14, 2009. I have been in India since June 22nd 2007. I plan to come back to the US in the next 2-3 months. I have been working from offshore for the same client I was working for during my stay in the US but I was getting paid in Rupees and not Dollars and all my paychecks were being generated in India. The last US paycheck I had was in July.

I would like to sponsor a visiting visa for my parents so that they can come visit me after I go back to the US. Given my situation above, can you please tell me if there will be any issues or problems to sponsor a visa for my parents?

Alternately, is there any way they can apply for a visitor visa on their own without me having to sponsor it for them if it makes things any simpler?

Your help in this regard will be greatly appreciated.

If they can, it is always better for your parents to apply on their own.

If not, you send whatever paystubs you have.
