Hi...
My dad's visa has been rejected twice and he has an interview again..on 29th Feb 08. I have a question about the best answer for the following question if asked:
1. Why is your wife not coming with you? (background : my mom already visited me in the summer of 2007, she came when I had a baby in Jul 07).
Best answer is:
a) She is not coming because she has to manage my business in my absence and also I have a 19 year old unmarried daughter who is studying and we cannot leave her alone.
OR
b) She already visited last summer and now has to stay back to manage my business in my absence and take care of my 19 year old unmarried daughter who is studying in college and we cannot leave her alone.
My concern about the 1st answer is that if they ask about how many children we have and the age ...and my dad tells them ...that..she is 7-8 months old..they will come to know that my mom came here for my delivery. Is that a possibility? Ofcourse upon asking if my mom already has a visa and visited me...he will say yes...that goes without doubt...but i was thinking why should we put unecessary doubts in their mind.
Also,since my dad has recently started the business..i.e. its not even been one year..he doesn't have any income tax to show..will that be ok? he has all the docs to prove the ownership of the shop.
Please advise. I really want him to get the visa this time...
