Regarding B2(tourist) visa

Hi,

I am planning to schedule an visa interview appointment for my parents ( tourist visa-B2) in Mumbai. I am in USA and on H1B Visa. My question to you is:

1) In Supporting documents they will return to India, A Affidavit for Father and Mother ,should it be on some stamp paper ( i guess and if yes, what should be the value of stamp paper)

2) Do I need to tell them to create separate file folders with all revelant documents during interview or keep all documents together.
