Combining Appointment for Vistor Visa and H1B

I am going to India for H1B stamping. Is it possible for me to make a single appointment to go with my sister, so that I can apply for H1B and she can apply for Visitor visa? I want to be able to accompany my sister to the Consulate. If this is not possible, please let me know if there are other ways. My parents already have a Visa, so I think they cannot go with her. (unless it is possible for them to re-apply eventhough they have a valid visa).

This is not possible. You will have to book separate appointments.
