am on H1 n my husband on L1.my husband will be sponsoring for Visit visa to my parents n my in-laws.(next 2 to 3 months)
whose birth certificate is needed if he sponsor my parents?
whose birth certificate is needed if he sponsor his parents?(my in-laws)

A birth certificate is required to establish that the visa applicants are actually
the parents of the host in US.

*If he sponsors his parents, he needs to send his own bc showing their names on it.
*If he sponsors your parents, you need to send a bc showing your parents' names on it. In this case YOU should send an invitation letter inviting your parents and mentioning that your husband will be providing financial support.
Your husband will complete form I-134.
