Help - if parents visiting from India to their son in US - only ONE DS 156 or Two ?

Dear All,

My parents are visiting from India. I live in US. Do they need to fill out two DS156 forms or one?

In interview, my father can answer all the questions ..is that the case or my parents need seperate interviews?

each person needs to fill out an DS-156, your dad may need to fill out an DS-157.

They should take the interview together. Both of them may be asked questions.
