what is approximately the safe income per month in indian rupees that my retired parents should show so that chances of getting visa are increased, please help me i have no clue, thanks

Income is not the only way to demonstrate ties to home country.

my dad gets Rs.10,000 and my mom gets 6000 as their pension and they Rs. 6000 as house rent from tenants, this amounts to a total of Rs. 22,000 as their monthly income, is it too low or is it okay. Do they state their monthly income verbally or they need an affidavit for that, please reply.

This is not very good income. 50-60k/m or above is considered good.

But 50-60k is a lot, how can a retired couple have this much income if they are not doing some kind of business, please help me here, I am sponsoring my parents visa and my parents are not dependent on anyone for their living.

There income is what it is. Falsifying documents to show a greater income in hope that it will increase chances for visa, if detected, may result in permanent ban for fraud. This is far worse than a denial.

They need to show their correct income and other proof of ties to home. This could be property and other family since they are retired. If this is sufficient to demonstrate to IO that they will return to their home, they should get the visa.

If there is not enough proof to convince the IO, there is really nothing you can do. Please do not listen to suggestions to falsify documents or lie about family status.

Yes, it is difficult to get a visitor visa. You have to show ties to India. Family and job/financial ties.

They do not have a job and a low income , so ties are weak.
I suggest your mother should apply alone, that will greatly increase her chances because her husband will act as a tie in India.Many parents with low incomes adopt this strategy. If they have any children living with them in India , that will be a plus factor also.
