Hello,

Can you please help me answer my following concerns? I am a US citizen, my parents are in India. We all siblings are in USA. My parents would like to come to US on GC status. Both my parents came to US in 1988 as GC holder but they did not keep their status active.

I would like to have your opinion on ---
* should I apply for their GC
* should I bring them to US on visitor visa and apply GC
* Do you think having GC one time will process go faster?
* Which process will be faster?
* How long does it take to bring parents on GC?
* What is your suggestion on this matter?

If they are plannigng to stay here most of the times, get them greencard. If they are planning to visit occasionally, get them visitors visa.

It takes about 1 year for them to get greencard.
