Problem with online appointment - HDFC

Sir/Madam

I have paid usa visa fee at the HDFC BANK (borivli (W)) branch. My problem is when i fill the online visa appointment form it does not except the mother 's name . so i would like to know what is the mother 's name filled by hdfc while entering the details.

You need to contact HDFC bank and not us.
