Do I need airport transit visa?

Hi,

I am a Indian citizen. I have been in US on L1 visa for close to 2 years. My visa expired on October 20th 2007 and I got my extended I94 valid till 2009. Now I am returning to India this month via Frankfurt. Do I need an airport transit visa?
