To Whom It May Concern:
My husband and I will be sponsoring a citizen of India to come to the U.S. on a non-immigrant visa for approximately 6 weeks. Since we will be using both of our incomes (I am diabled), when we fill out the Affidavit of Support Form can we use both of our names on the same form and both of us sign the form and have our signatures notarized?
If you can either answer my question or tell me where I might find out, I would appreciate it. I would appreciate an answer ASAP so that I may get the form completed. I was unable to find the answer to this specific question looking on various websites.
