HI,

My wife is sponsoring my parents, at present her status is permanent resident. Iam on OPT(student visa),am applying for H1b visa for 2008, is it ok for my wife to sponsor my parents on behalf of me. Is it necessary to send my passport ,OPT card and expired visa for their interview.

At present my father is govt.employee with very less bank balance(around Rs 15,000) and mother is housewife. Property is about 50lakhs. Sister in india got married. am showing $40k in wife's account (sponsor). Is there anybody can suggest me the chances of getting visitor visa.
