Help Please for vistors visa

I am only 25 and want to apply a visitors, my online friend want to help but we never meet before. so still can i declare at the embassy that we meet before so that they will know that am serious with the visit?

Sure. Go ahead and tell them whatever lie you can make up. It will make your chances so much better... you may even get a Green Card instead of a visitor visa, they will approve it right there for you.
