I filled out the DS-156 but unable to take the print out. also I didnot find any option to retreive that form I filled in..Please help me to print that filled DS-156.I did submit online.

When you fill the Ds 156 form online is it automatically submitted online as well?
And does the applicant need to sign the forms himself or do we have to print the name in place of applicants signature?
I had these doubts while filling these form, I will highly appreciate your response, thanks

... is where the applicant will sign on the form.
