format of No objection certificate(NOC)

Hi,

I am preparing the documents for my MIL and FIL. my FIL works in a private firm. I know that NOC is required. But I couldn't get any format for NOC.

Can anybody please help me to get a format of NOC? what does it contain?

If you have already a NOC from any office, can you please post the format? that would be a great help for me.

Please response ASAP.

Huh ?!

I don't think you need a NOC from a private company.

If at all you still need to have one, it's a pretty standard letter, that's it.

The company's HR department should be able to write one down in minutes!
