I am a housewife on H4 visa and intend to sponsor my mother(Housewife) to visit us this year. As a result of my aunt sponsoring her visa previously application has been rejected twice. This year my husband (H1B)will be sponsoring her visa.
My parents have been seperated for 7 years now and I have 3 sisters(unmarried) living with my mom.Two of my sisters have jobs and are financially independent. However since my parents weren't legally divorced , following the advice of the travel agent we decided to omit this information, since my mother gets very anxious and wouldn't be able to explain that during the interview.
1. So I would need advice as to do we need to mention about their seperation during this application? If so how can we justify why we withheld the information, since my mom during the interview when asked why she was travelling alone, she replied that my dad was going to stay with my sisters and they would take turns.
2. We sponsored for my in-laws a month ago, so would it be fine if we sponsor for her trip, please advice?
