H1B Extension Applied - Not approved yet

Hello,

My H1B visa extension is applied for more than 3 months (Jan 15th) still case is pending (Not approved). Can I sponsor my parents in such case by sending receipts or I must wait till I get approval.

Yes, you can sponsor them by sending a receipt.
