parents's B2 visa:which docs H1 only/both (I 140 + I 485 + advace parole + EAD)?

Hi there,

My parents are going for B2 visa. Which docs should I send them, my all H1 docs and my GC processing docs?

I was thinking to send them my all H1 (currently I am on H1) docs and my approved I 140 + I 485 (finger print) + approved advace parole + approved EAD) docs...or should I just send my H1 visa docs becuase I am currently in valid H1 ..and my GC is in process.

Your H1 Docs should be sufficient (If the H1B petition is not expired)

Hello,

I am in same boat. Only difference is ..my H1B visa extension has been applied BUT not approved yet. What shd I in this case...send GC paper (485) or H1B receipts is better choice.
