second chance..?

Good day sir,
i had my interview last tuesday in Manila..unfortunately i was denied, her reason was,. she's not convinced that i will come back here in the Phils.
all her question were mostly focus on me and my activities, not even asking regarding our son-in-law who is us citizen , and who will sponsor me..
a little bit disappointed,.i've been very honest in all my answers its just i'm not smart or quick enough to reply ,.
my questions are:
1) were all my answers already input in the computer?, so, i can't make another good reason for my next interview?
2) am planning to make appointment again next month...can i have a second chance?

1) they will have your answer on file.
2) you need to overcome her assumption that you will not return. unless situation changes, and you get more ties, there is no point to rescheduling so soon.
