hi .. my husband got rejected for a visitor visa recently .. under 214 b .. we cant find any stamp on his passport .. tho he was given a rejection letter

we did not apply with any sponsor .. tho we do have someone there we can ask ... is it necessary when we re apply or is it fine if we just show additional funds and evidence to show he will return .. i have an existing 10 year multiple visa valid till next year .. and have travelled on it to the US many times

slso .... we have just applied for our canadian visas with a sponsorship from my aunt there .. we really want to go c newyork .. is there any possibility of getting a visa for my husband at the border ? lke in niagra ... for even a few days ? .. i have heard that some people have been granted visas like this .. is it true ?

Passport does not get stamped for rejections. I guess the computer system is a good thing to store stuff.

Are you currently in US? Are you a USC? Each visitor has to prove ties to the home country to qualify for a US visitor visa.

we are both in india .... i'm just wondering what we could show in order to prove we do not wish to settle in the US ... we genuinely dont have any interntion of settling there .. i have a family business here and my husband has a restaurant he's been running from 2002 .. we are in the process of expanding business in the restaurant line ... and for this we invested in a place of our own last year ... i had enclosed all this info .... but for some reason they were still not convinced ....

just wondering if we apply in canada from niagra .. could we get a visa for a couple of days atleast ? jus wanna take my husband to show him new york ....
