US Visitor Visa Passport delivery

My Parents attended the visa interview together on 3rd April 08 at chennai. They both were successful in their visa interview. When i check the passport status in the VFS site, it shows my dad's passport status as posted via BlueDart on 3rd April . But my Mom's passport status shows as "Your passport has not been handed over to VFS. Kindly contact our regional call centres for further queries." We called up the VFS helpline in Chennai and they say that the passport is under process and that it would be delivered.
Kindly suggest what this means.

It means what it says. Be patient and wait for a few more days. She will get the passport delivered. Nothing to worry.
