Letter to consulate can be sent?

Hi

I m(h1b) the only son to my parents and Consulate rejected my dadas (Mother expired) visa due to unsatisfaaction on reason of return.
Showed 40 Lakhs worth Proeperty and other docs. Still didnot get thru.
I heard I can send a letter with nice proper format to US Consulate that If my parent doesnt leave US with his I94 EXP, I ll leave the country.
Can some one provide the letter /format.

There is no such letter and even if someone tried it, it is not the letter that made the VO give the visa to the parents.

Each visitor has to overcome the potential immigrant burden on their own.
