    Overstayed

    If I'm in EU with US travel passport and have overstayed the 90 days by 2 months. How will this affect me? What woul I need to do? Can I just get on a plane and return home or would I be detained at the airport in EU or in US for overstaying? Woul I lose my passport in US now?

    I am sorry,your post is not clear.
    Are you a US citizen who overstayed in europe or are you a european citizen
    who overstayed in US?
