Hi

I heard that if i apply for a new passport they (boarder patrol) dont know that i have ever visited the US ? i somehow find this hard to understand , when i entered the US they took my fingerprints so if i did get a new passport and tried entering the US they would take my fingerprints again and they would have all my records .. am i right or wrong ?

What are you trying to do and achieve? CBP can find out if you had overstayed in the past if that is what you are trying to mask.

No that is not what im trying to do . This is my 2nd time coming to the US , i am staying here now under the visa waiver and i do not intend to overstay my 90 days . I just wanted to know if this was true about getting a new passport and if they can pull up your records from before .

They can pull up your records. Most duplicate passports issued will have reference to original passport # anyway. I still did not understand what you are trying to do. If it is something that you are trying to mess around with, don't try such tricks as it will result in a permanent ban most likely.
