visitor visa - few doubts

Dear,

I have applied for visitor visa for US through VFS online and have received the printable filled DS 156. The supplemental DS 157 has to be filled, printed & then submitted along with other documents, I believe. But I didnt receive any printable DS 157 form. Its puzzling ?!

How will I get interview appointment letter?
Kindly clarify.

Not everybody needs DS-157.
