Visa for Mother

I am waiting for my citizenship interview . After I get my citizenship I want to apply for my parents to came to live here with me . Special for my mother because she is going to medical treatment. 2-years ago one of her kidneys failed so she is going to dialisis 3-times a week. Do i have the right after i became a citizen of United States to apply for her, because there the hospitals do not offer you anything . What are the chances for my mother after i file form I-130 for her to get a visa . Is her aplication is going to be pending because of medical illnes from immigration and if no how about embassy interview how much it will affect her illnes problem. How can i start to get any information about hospitals ho can help her in treatment. I am not trying to get free help but any idea or suggestion how to follow up this case it will help me . I do work for postal services but right now i do not have medical insurance coverege.

You can apply as soon as you become US citizen.

2. You will have to pay for the treatment charges yourself. There is no insurance that will cover her existing illness.
