  • Visa Rejection on Grounds on Unethical reasons.

    All,
My parents went for the visa interview with a FAQ sort of paper in their hand. The interviewer saw that paper and rejected on the grounds of cheating....

I am planning to setup a second round of interview with them in the next month. What steps do i take to ensure that my parents answer them correctly.

    Thnks

The VO suspected fraud either in the documents, answers on the DS-165 or at the interview.

From your statement: "What steps do i take to ensure that my parents answer them correctly.", it sounds like your parents did lie in order to make a better case for a visa. The only proper answers are "the truth, whole truth and nothing but the truth."

One of the most common misrepresentations discussed on this site is failing to tell that child or children - other than the one issuing the invitation - is already in US or other relative such as brother or sister is a citizen and has filed for green card for your parents.

Some agents prepare false financial documents to show more assets in home country.

If they lied during any phase of the interview, it is likely a permanent ban on receiving a visa, and it may be impossible for them to overcome the ban.

We need more information about the interview to help you further

The applicant took a set of possible questions and best answers to them from some website like this one itself and VO saw that and visa was rejected on unethical backgrounds. Its unethical to give best suggested answers than the truth.
