Dear sir/madam,
As a tourist to the USA I have a question concerning the I-94W form. Do you have to answer ‘yes’ to question A (‘Do you have a communicable disease; physical or mental disorder; or are you a drug abuser or addict’) if you use ANY medicine on prescription of a doctor? F.e., tablets for high blood pressure?
