L1 Sponsor for Parents - H1 Support

Hi,

My parents are visiting me[iam the sponsor] 9th May but my contratct ends by 17th May.As my parents will be joining my brother who is a GC holder and stay with him for another 3 months while i will be in India.

Iam not sure if my parents can stay here in my absence and spend few months with my brother.

Please let me know.

Once they qualify for a visitor visa, it is immaterial who sponsors them. They can stay where they want to. They need to mention about your brother in the DS156 though.

We did provide my bro's passport copy to the consulate. and they do have all the details and during interview they have asked for my brother's details which was given to them

Yes, they can. Just get an invite letter from your brother if asked at POE which is normally not asked for.
