Query Regarding Supporting documents - Pls. respond quickly - Visa i/v on Monday

Hello,

My parents are going to visa i/v after refusal earlier due to 214( b). This time, we have prepared CA property statement, my MOM's NOC and other documents.

Can u pls. help ..shd we present copy of these documents to clerk as well so that it VO have a time to glance on them. OR, it shd be presented to VO only.

Also, what is the most effective way to present these docs to VO so that he can have a look.

Shd we put these documents on his counter as i/v starts or wait till VO asks for relevant questions.

Clerks accept only required documents for the visa like DS156, 157, employment letter etc. Rest all need to be presented only if asked by the VO during the interview.

People would take truck loads of documents and if the clerk were to accept it, they would have problems.

Thanks. Do u mean..employment letter of visitor and sponsor can be given to Clerk so that VO can get chance.
