Dear Sir/Madam,
I am H1B visa holder currently residing at Stamford CT USA, sponsoring my parent’s visitor visa as they are planning to visit me in a month of June. My current H1B petition is expiring on May 12, 2008. I have already filed for H1B extension and have receipt of it dated Feb 26, 2008. I am waiting for Approval Notice. My parents have got visa interview appointment of May 22, 2008.
Will it be OK if my parents produce my Current petition (expiring on May 12, 2008) + Receipt of filed H1B extension at the time of interview?
OR They have to wait till I get my extension approval notice?
