Modification of submitted forms

Hi,

My husband is on F 1 visa in usa, I have applied for F2. My visa date is 13 May. My problem is that in form DS 156, DS 157, DS 158. I have made mistake in writting my husband's middele name and date of birth . Now what I shold i do? May I allow to give them letter of change?

Please help me.
