DS-156 Question

I was scheduling an appointment for my Father and Mother, their passports has Given name filled out but Surname blanks, when I filled this information in teh Visa Document, it said fill Q.no 6(Surname) with Given name and Q.no 7(First Name) as FNU, actually it is the other way around(all names in the given name but surname blanks). Is that ok?

That is fine. If Everything is in given name and surname is blank, First name is FNU and Last name is everything in Given name.
