my husband went to u.s on h1b visa 3 years back.my brother is also in u.s on h1b, did m.s there and presently doing job. my husband is not sending me depending visa (h4) documents. basically he is a good person. so i want to to go u.s through my brother as my brother will sponser me visitor visa.i want to meet my husband and convince him to come back to india and iam sure i can convince him. will i get visitor visa? .i need help.please give me advice .

Do you know if he is in valid H1b status and is working? Probably, he is not in valid status and so cannot sponsor your H4 visa.

There are many good people that get influenced in the US into some bad things. Are you in touch with him or has he been out of touch?

Visitor visa route can be tried but you have to mention that your husband is in US on H1b. The VO will ask you about the H4 situation and you need to explain clearly what is happenning. If he is out of status, the VO might suspect that you will go to US and remain there. I am guessing either he is out of status or he does not want you here for some reason known to you and him.

Do you have any information about his H1b or his employer or his friends in US?

Also, vistor visa requires non-immigrant intent and ties to home country. Your spouse being in US will carry a few minus points for B2 visa.
