Question while departing from US

hi All,

When the Visitor is departing from US , what are the forms that they have to fill in the flight,

Can anyone please send me the sample forms that have to be filled while leaving US

None.

They just need to give the I-94 form back to the Airline Personnel at the gate (right before getting on the plane)
