    meet someone with b2 visa

    i need help i meet this really nice girl here on a b2 visa.we have fallen in love and would like to get married. what do we need to do? can she get a status change? can she stay in the us during all of this? i am a us citizen. born and raised

    1) Are u in the US ?

    2) Are you a US citizen?

    3) Whats your visa status L1, H1 ??

      If you are an US Citizen, then she can adjust status and remain here for the entire process.
